I am Atul Gaur, a PMO and change consultant with over 20 years of leadership experience across the Indian Navy and global manufacturing environments. My experience spans engineering, EPC programs, enterprise PMOs, and large-scale change initiatives.

I work with senior leaders to establish robust governance, elevate PMO maturity, and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. My focus is on practical execution, delivery discipline, and sustained performance improvement.

I am certified in PMP, APMG Change Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and OKR. My consulting work is structured around three capability areas: PMO Excellence, Business Transformation and Change, and OKRs & Performance Management—enabled through governance, metrics, and execution tools.

◾ Deploy Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes

◾ Design performance systems using Balanced Scorecards (BSC) and KPIs covering lead and lag indicators

◾ Apply Lean Six Sigma and process excellence to improve efficiency, predictability, and goal attainment
