My professional journey began as a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Navy, where I managed complex fabrication and naval engineering projects. This experience sharpened my ability to solve problems under pressure, lead cross-functional teams, and drive operational efficiency.
After my tenure in the Navy, I transitioned into the corporate world, leading large-scale engineering projects across different organizations, including Alfa Laval. As a Global Specialist at Tetra Pak, I focused on project management, process improvement, and digital transformation. I developed a Project Management Excellence Framework, built a Knowledge Management System, automated capability assessments, and spearheaded efficiency improvements.
Now, as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP), I help enterprises streamline workflows, automate processes, and optimize project management. I am proficient in tools like Asana, MS Project, and Power BI. My goal is to deploy the right tools, transform business processes, and implement data-driven improvements that drive operational excellence.
